Can I collect by card?
Yes, from the Scale+ plan: the student pays online from their portal and the payment is recorded on its own. On any plan you can record a card payment taken at the front desk by hand.
Can students pay from their phone?
Yes. The Scale+ payment portal shows them their pending charges with your academy's logo and lets them pay by card.
Does the system send the reminders or do I?
It depends on the plan. With WhatsApp Premium (Scale+) they go out on their own from your number. On the other plans the system writes the message and you press send.
What if they pay in cash or by transfer?
You record it on the charge and it closes. It works on every plan.
