What happens when my trial ends?
Your account is temporarily deactivated but your data is preserved. We send you an email with options: view plans, contact us via WhatsApp, or request 10 more days if you didn't get to try the platform.
Can I add or remove add-ons at any time?
Yes. The additional teacher user (+$100/month) can be added or removed whenever you need, with no commitment. WhatsApp Premium is not an add-on: it is already included from the Scale+ plan.
Is there a refund if I cancel?
There is no refund on monthly or annual plans. You can cancel anytime and your access ends at the end of the paid period.
How much does an additional location cost?
With annual payment, each additional location costs 50% of the base plan. Example: 3 Scale locations = $1,000 + $500 + $500/month (MXN).
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade according to your business needs.
Do prices include tax?
The amounts shown do not include tax. If you need an invoice, we can generate it with the corresponding taxes.
How do teachers take attendance?
Teachers log in from their phone, iPad or computer with their email and password, open their class and mark attendance with a tap. If you prefer teachers not to access the system, the admin account can take attendance per class.
Can a teacher see all my academy's information?
No. Each teacher account only has access to their classes and attendance — they never see your payments, reports or admin data. Each additional user costs $100/month.
Can parents book trial classes?
Yes. You share a public link and they book the class they're interested in. The booking shows up on your calendar with the prospect's data and history so you can follow up.
Is the monthly fee generated automatically?
Yes. You set the amount once and next month's charge is generated automatically for each student. You just see who already paid and who hasn't.
Can I see each student's payment history?
Yes. Every student has a complete payment and balance history — useful for school-year cycles spanning several months. You also get a real-time debtors panel.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Studio Link is a web app: it works from Chrome or Safari on phone, iPad or computer, with nothing to install. Sessions stay logged in — no need to sign in and out for every class.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
On the Scale+ plan we connect your own WhatsApp number so automatic payment notifications and reminders go out from it. On Enterprise, an agent also answers frequent questions for you.
Do you handle inventory (uniforms, products)?
Yes. The inventory module lets you track products, sales and stock — for example uniforms or academy merchandise. It is included in the Scale+ plan. On Scale you can try it free for 3 months. The Essential plan does not include it.
