How does Studio Link work?
Studio Link is an online system for dance, soccer and fitness academies. You register your students, their groups and what each one pays, and the system handles the rest: every week it builds the list of who is due and who is late, sends WhatsApp reminders to the groups you choose, and gives each family a page with your logo to pay by card from their phone. The payment is recorded automatically, alongside the cash and transfers you or your front desk record. Your teachers take attendance from their phones, you see who misses too much, you keep your uniform inventory and you answer the academy's WhatsApp with suggested replies you approve. It all lives in one place and you open it from a computer or phone, with nothing to install.
How much does it cost?
There are four monthly plans in Mexican pesos: Essential $500, Scale $1,000, Scale+ $1,500 and Enterprise $2,000. Essential covers the basics to collect and send reminders; the higher plans add modules such as inventory, a team with per-person permissions and more automations. There is no forced contract: you pay month to month and cancel whenever you want. Before paying you get a 15-day trial with no card and the whole system open, so you can use it with your real students. If your academy needs something different, we build a custom plan. Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Studio Link works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download. The day-to-day screens are designed for phones: your front desk collects from there, each teacher takes attendance from their own phone and families pay from theirs with the link they get on WhatsApp.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, backed up and never shared. You're the sole owner of your students' information.
Do you offer support if I get stuck?
Yes. Human support via WhatsApp during business hours, plus free initial onboarding when you activate your account.
How do I start?
You sign up in a couple of minutes and get 15 days free, no card. Once inside you add your academy, your groups and your prices; if your students are already in a spreadsheet or another system, our team helps you load them so you don't type them one by one. Then you choose, group by group, who gets the WhatsApp reminders before turning them on. If you want families to pay by card, you connect your payments account and from then on every charge can carry its link. During the trial a real person supports you on WhatsApp, not a robot, to solve whatever gets you stuck. When the trial ends you pick your plan; if you decide not to continue, you are not charged.
Can I request custom features?
Yes. Studio Link is modular and we adapt it to how your academy operates. If you need something that doesn't exist yet, we talk it through and prepare a proposal to build it for you — that's our edge over one-size-fits-all systems.
